Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

One way we are able to save money for our customers is by shipping every order directly from our warehouses. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

We offer fast door-to-door shipping anywhere in the US with any three of the following methods: 
  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 4 to 6 business days depending on location (1 day process + 3-5 shipping) - free for orders over $50 and a standard $5 otherwise 
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives in 2 business days - $10 for shipments under 10 pounds (this is most orders) and $20 thereafter 
  • Priority Shipping: Arrives in 1 business day - $20 for shipments under 10 pounds (this is most orders) and $40 thereafter
We do ship to the US territories, PO boxes, and military APO/FPO addressed, but please allow additional time for shipments as well. At the moment, we only offer standard shipping options to these locations, and the shipments can range anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location.
 

RETURNS

At Extreme Matters, we are so confident that you will be pleased with our premium product that if, for whatever reason, you do not absolutely love it, just return it and we will refund your FULL purchase. You have nothing to lose!

If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase. If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused
  • In new condition
  • In the original packaging

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

Please contact us immediately and we will help make things right!

EXCHANGES

We are happy to replace defective or damaged items. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us.
